Founded close to eight years ago by Sarah Leah Blatter, our journey began when Rochel, a business owner in Lakewood, approached Sarah Leah in desperation to fill several administrative roles. After struggling for months to find qualified candidates for her growing company, Rochel turned to Sarah Leah, who swiftly helped her hire multiple candidates within just one week. This success story marked the inception of LKWD Jobs.
Recognizing the need for a more efficient way to connect businesses with skilled office professionals, Sarah Leah set out to streamline the hiring process. Sarah Leah, a natural relationship-builder with years of recruiting and management experience, founded LKWD Jobs nearly eight years ago with a vision to unite talented candidates with thriving companies. As CEO, she leads a skilled team of recruiters, guiding their efforts to swiftly match clients with their perfect hires. Having interviewed thousands of candidates over the course of her career, Sarah Leah possesses a sharp instinct for spotting talent and a proven history of delivering fast, effective results—qualities that clients deeply value.
Devorah Dembovsky, COO

With nearly eight years of experience in recruiting, Dorit has successfully connected numerous talented candidates with rewarding careers they’re passionate about. A Lakewood, NJ native, she’s a born networker with deep ties to the community and an extensive local network. Before transitioning into recruiting, Dorit honed her skills in sales and fundraising, where she developed a knack for building relationships and driving results.
